1. Event Overview: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The 8th Group Anniversary event (the “Event”) is valid exclusively at participating TESO Life and TESO-X locations in the United States from January 4, 2026 through February 4, 2026 (the “Event Period”). Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning. The Event is open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. 2. How to Enter: Participants may enter the Event using one of the following methods during the Event Period only, and all eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. 2.1. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Participants may enter by scanning the QR code provided in-store and completing the official Google Form. Each participant is limited to one (1) Google Form entry for the duration of the Event Period. 2.2. In-Store Stamp Program Entry: Participants may also enter the Event by participating in the in-store stamp program. Stamps are earned based on qualifying purchases according to posted Event rules. Completed stamp cards may be deposited into the designated entry box located in-store. Multiple entries are permitted through the stamp program. Sales tax, shipping & handling, and gift card purchases do not qualify toward stamp collection or any promotional thresholds, where applicable. 3. Winner Selection & Odds: Winners will be randomly selected after the Event Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all participating stores. 5. Winner Notification & Claim: Winners will be notified via text message on or about February 9, 2026. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification and present a valid government-issued photo ID at a time and location designated by the Sponsor to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and an alternate winner may be selected. 6. Media & Publicity Release: As a condition of receiving the prize, winners may be required, where permitted by law, to sign a media and publicity release granting TESO Group permission to use their name, likeness, and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 7. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. For prizes subject to IRS reporting requirements (including prizes with a retail value exceeding $600), the Sponsor will issue the appropriate tax documentation (such as IRS Form 1099) and report as required by law. 8. SMS Consent: By entering, participants consent to receive text notifications related solely to this Event. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out at any time by replying STOP. 9. Limitation of Liability: TESO Group is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical failures; printing errors; human error; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Event or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law. 10.
